Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In this case, we will notify you via email.

  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

CerviWave™ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
